Food was ready at designated time, and was hot and fresh even when I got it back to the office. I got the beef dip and was surprised to find thick chunks of beef as opposed to thin slices like a traditional beef dip.
This was neither a positive or a negative change and the sandwich was delicious.
Overall I would 100% order again.
